About Dana Koelpin

This business didn’t just start over night. I have over 35 years in the printing industry as well as office, sales and clerical work.
It started out at Muskego High School in Mr. Stankavich’s printing class. I was known as Dana Degner then. After graduation I worked for some smaller printing companies and attended college studying printing & publishing and graphic design. In 1990 I worked for Lakeside Manufacturing where I ran the in-house print shop and helped in the office. In 1998 I studied web development in night school. I left Lakeside in 2000 to begin a job creating websites. I had the opportunity to work for Roman Electric creating websites and worked in the computer division. They closed that division after a year and half so I lost my job. It didn’t take long and I was working for Don Grubor at Effective Solutions. We were located inside the Remax Realty 100 building in Hales Corners. My main job was to design and mail out Just Listed or Just Sold postcards for the realtors. I also designed and printed brochures. Don’s main business was customizing ACT! Contact management software for companies. He no longer wanted the marketing division so he sold it to me.  I then added other forms of printing as well as magnets and promotional products. The magnet schedules are huge for me because they are a very affordable way to get attention and people love them.

Every company that I worked for has helped me in some way to make Look Into Design a 19 year success. I’m grateful that I love what I do and look forward to continuing a career in the printing industry.

I've been married to my husband Tim for 32 years and have a 25 year old Son in the Air Force.

I love animals. We recently lost our beloved dog at age 15, Annie(Wirehaired Pointing Griffon), In 2019 I rescued a 17yr old African Grey Parrot named Peter. He's like raising a 3 year old over and over again. Our cat Madelyn loves Peter a little too much.

God Bless my Mother, Edie Degner, former Realtor in business over 35 years. Passed away November 7, 2021. You may know who she was. Read about her real estate history.

We lost our beloved Father, Carl Degner January 31, 2014
He was a great guy who would give you the shirt of his back. Retired Airline Mechanic, Ozark Air Lines, TWA and American Air lines. He could fix anything. Often said he'd make our cars fly one day.
We miss you greatly Mom & Dad.
